The objectives for which the Charity is established are as follows:-

To advance, improve and increase, through education, the awareness of the general public in developing countries and elsewhere in the world, in respect of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (“HIV”) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (“AIDS”) and related conditions, issues and matters, through methods including, but not limited to, the provision of information, pre-recorded learning modules, real time counselling and advice relating to the symptoms, causes, control and any other matter relating to the prevention and treatment of HIV and AIDS, including related medical, health, psychological and nutritional measures.

Objectives
To facilitate access to, and dissemination of, information relating to HIV and AIDS in developing countries and elsewhere in the world.

To promote the use of information technology in the advancement of education relating to HIV and AIDS, including, but not limited to, the use of video and satellite technology.

To support, and co-operate with, existing charities, registered in England and Wales or abroad, whose objects relate to the prevention of HIV and AIDS or related educational or health matters.

To facilitate co-operation of professionals enlisted for the purpose of furthering the foregoing Objects.

To promote the co-operation of existing charities, and non-governmental organisations, whose objects relate to the furtherance of the foregoing Objects.
